There were coffee and slices of fresh bread for breakfast. We took a family room and it had a safe, central heating, and a seating area. Location: the hotel was next to the main areas and the center of the Medina.

Practical advice: The staff at the 24-hour front desk were not only friendly but also provided me with valuable advice on exploring the area, making my stay even more enjoyable.
Warm water delay: The shower took a bit of time for the hot water to kick in, so patience is required before indulging in a warm shower.

We had a fantastic stay at Riad Banatti. The staff, especially Hamsa, were incredibly helpful and made us feel right at home. The minimalist design of the riad was stylish and comfortable, and our spacious room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The rooftop terrace with sunbeds and sofas was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the stunning views. The breakfast, including fresh bread, coffee, orange juice, and yogurt, was delicious. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like limited wifi and the lack of soundproofing in the rooms, our overall experience was great. We would definitely recommend this riad for a memorable stay in Marrakesh.

The staff at the front desk had an obsession with giving practical advice 24/7. They offered me a terrace and an indoor pool, as if I would ever use them. Even though I didn't need it, they had a bicycle rental service. And oh, did I mention the breakfast options? Continental, halal, or gluten-free, they had it all!
What's not to love about a place where they give you too much information and provide amenities you'll never use? Absolutely nothing!

The rooms at Riad Banatti are cozy and comfortable, with a touch of Moroccan charm. The private bathrooms are clean and come with free toiletries, perfect for freshening up after a busy day exploring the city. The balcony offers a lovely view of the pool, giving a relaxing vibe to your stay. The AC keeps the room cool during the hot days, making it an ideal refuge after a day of wandering the bustling streets of Marrakesh. I loved the tile/marble floor in the triple room, adding a touch of elegance to the space. And the seating area in the double room was a nice bonus, providing a cozy spot to unwind.
The only downside is that the wardrobe was a bit small for my liking, but that's just my personal preference.
